All About our
Infant Program
Blessings Academy Early Learning Center is a small, family-focused center where your child is never “just a number.” With our small classroom sizes, we can offer personalized care, strong family relationships, and a warm, home-like atmosphere. Our mission is to provide a nurturing space that supports each child’s growth—socially, emotionally, and academically—while empowering families as partners in your child’s education.

Safety
Safety is our highest priority. At Blessings Academy Early Learning Center, our secure entry system ensures only authorized family members can access our building. Every teacher is CPR and First Aid certified, and our small center size allows us to maintain a close eye on every child. Our classrooms are designed with safety in mind—childproofed furniture, age-appropriate toys, and safe sleep practices (infants always placed on their backs in cribs, no loose bedding). We also maintain strict teacher-to-infant ratios, so your child is always closely supervised.
We follow strict cleaning, sanitizing, and handwashing procedures to ensure a healthy environment for all children. Toys, cribs, and surfaces are disinfected daily. Children and staff who are sick are required to stay home until they’re symptom-free. Our goal is to protect every child’s health while supporting working families with clear communication and consistent care.

Health

Development
Even the tiniest learners are constantly growing and absorbing the world around them! Our teachers focus on responsive caregiving—building strong bonds through nurturing interactions, talking, singing, reading, and playing with your baby. We use research-based infant curriculum that encourages cognitive development, early language, and motor skills through safe exploration and sensory experiences. Every diaper change, feeding, and cuddle is a learning opportunity.
Our small class sizes and family-like setting ensure every child is known, loved, and valued. Because we only enroll a limited number of children across the whole center, teachers develop deep, meaningful relationships with each baby. Our infant classroom is meant to feel like an extension of home and your family.

Personal Attention

Nutrition and Sleep
We follow your baby’s unique schedule, not a one-size-fits-all routine. Teachers work closely with parents to maintain home feeding preferences (breast milk, formula, bottles, solids) and nap schedules. Our infant room has cozy cribs for safe sleep, soft music, and a calm atmosphere. Your baby’s comfort and well-being are always prioritized.
We believe in strong family partnerships. Parents receive daily updates through Brightwheel with notes on feedings, diaper changes, naps, and fun activities. We share photos of your baby’s day so you never feel out of the loop. Teachers are available to chat at drop-off and pick-up, and we schedule regular parent conferences to talk about your child’s milestones and progress.
